FAQ
Which session is best for me?
The MINI session is geared towards budget-conscious Senior Photos or Professional Head Shots. Photographs are upper body/head shots only. Sessions take place in one area with background options only existing within that area (little to no walk-around). There is no product included in this package. You will be able to select your final 10 photos out of all photos taken.
The SIMPLE Package is designed for simple needs yet you want more than a mini session- great for Seniors, small Family, Engagement and Maternity sessions. There is more time for short distance walk-around with different backdrops and poses- photos include more than just upper body shots. The Simple Package is not recommended for families/more than 5 people due to the extra time needed to pose the larger group and move around.
The BOLD Package is best if you have a larger group (or event) and/or prefer even more walk-around time (more scenic options) for your Senior, Family, Engagement or Maternity session. There will be a greater amount of creativity on your final images- think black and white for example. If you seek a variety of print options for curating your wall display, or will be creating prints for gifts, this package will give you plenty of vibrant choices.
How do I schedule a session?

Where are photos taken?
I am a natural light/outdoors portrait photographer. Sessions can be held at the location of your choice within Ozaukee/Washington counties, but favorite places include downtown Port Washington, the Port Washington lakefront/Marina, downtown Cedarburg, Lion's Den park (Grafton), Harrington Beach State Park, Downtown West Bend, and Ridge Run (West Bend). Parks provide foliage, water, trails, bridges etc, whereas downtown settings provide a wide variety of urban backdrops (brick, wrought iron, windows, outdoor furniture etc). If you have needs outside of Ozaukee/Washington counties please contact me for travel pricing.
When is payment due?
I require half payment at the time of the shoot, and the balance is due when your photos are ready. I accept payment via local check, credit card and Venmo. I will provide an invoice/receipt upon request. Some people opt to make a full payment at the time of the shoot, but that is not required.
How will I get my photos?
All final photos are delivered electronically via an online album here on this website (scroll down to see Client Gallery access). The online album is easily viewable from any computer or mobile device, and you can download any/all photos to such device. You will receive an album password that you can share with family and avoid having to download and send photos to everyone. Albums remain online and active for 5 years
Where can I make prints of my photos?
If you would like to create print items you are welcome to download your photos and create items through Walgreens, Costco, Shutterfly etc. If you prefer high quality professional services you are able to order prints, fine art prints, poster sized prints, gallery wrapped canvas, wood standouts, metal etc directly through your album (click on the shopping cart on an image and you will be redirected to the store). All online orders are paid via PayPal and shipped directly to you. I am also happy to assist you in creating your wall of art via my professional print service upon request.
